2026 PHOTO-OP SCHEDULE
Photo-Op Ticket sales are Final. No refunds for any reason. Admission to O Con Expo is NOT included but is required and must be purchased separately.
Times, group numbers, talent, products, and prices are subject to change without notice and prices do not include taxes or fees. Be sure to check the schedule online or on-site to verify times.
IMPORTANT: To stay inline with the industry, we are listing Photo-Ops online early and through our digital box office. All Photo-Ops must be purchased online and attendees must bring a digital or printed copy of their Photo-Op receipt to their session.
VIP PACKAGE: If you purchased a VIP Package that includes a Photo-Op you will need to report to the Photo-Op Area on the day indicated on your ticket and the time marked with “VIP” below.
Photo-Ops DO NOT include an autograph. You can pay to get your photo autographed at the guest’s booth afterwards.

PURCHASE
All Celebrity Photo-Op purchases will be handled online for 2026. If you would like to purchase a Photo-Op it has to be done from this page or the OCon Expo Digital Box Office. It is possible Photo-Ops will be available day of, but they will still need to be purchased online. Signs at the convention will include QR codes to scan onsite for digital purchase.
AVAILABILITY
The Photo-Op schedule will be posted at least 3 weeks ahead of the event dates, likely sooner. All Photo-Op windows are limited to 30 minutes, making availability extremely limited. It is encouraged you order your Photo-Op as early as you can to avoid missing out. There will be no Photo-Op sales done via cash. You will not be allowed into the Photo-Op Area without your receipt (digital or printed).
REFUND POLICY
Consistent with the industry standard, Photo-Op purchases will be refunded if the guest cancels or the event is unable to fulfill the purchase. Otherwise, all Photo-Op purchases are final and non-refundable.
PRICING
Photo-Op prices are based on individual guest arrangements. Please refer to the guest schedule and pricing above for specific pricing details. Prices are non-negotiable.
Add-Ons are available during the online purchase of your Photo-Ops, including digital copies, protective top-loaders, frames, and extra physical prints. Although you will be able to purchase add-ons at the time of your Photo-Op there is no guarantee that all items will be available. Please consider purchasing all add-ons at the time you order your Photo-Op online.
PHOTO-OP INSTRUCTIONS
The Photo Op area is located behind the Celebrity Guest Area through the arena. There will be signs posted to guide you.
Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled photo op time but not more than 30 minutes. Have your receipt or QR code readily available on your phone or printed out. O Con Volunteers will be available to assist with line placement and check-in, however O Con staff is not responsible for lost or misplaced tickets.
IMPORTANT: You must check in at the Photo Op Area before having your photo taken. Because of this we ask that you arrive on time.
There is a limit to 3 attendees per photo (exceptions for families permitted). If you have a group larger than three, you will need to purchase multiple Photo-Ops. Although you are more than welcome to be in costume during your Photo-Op, large props and prop weapons are not permitted.
Attendees not participating in the Photo-Ops should not be in line or enter the Photo-Op area. The space is tight and the process will be moving quickly. There will be space to the side of the photo area to set props and personal items.
ETIQUETTE & RULES
As the Photo-Op experience at O Con Expo grows, proper etiquette is expected and additional rules are in place.
Autographs are NOT included with a Professional Photo-Op. You are welcome to take your photo to the guests table, but do not try to get an autograph during the photo-op session.
The Professional Photo-Op studio is not for loitering and chatting with the guests, as the photo-op line will need to keep moving to allow everyone an opportunity to get their photo. Guests are more than happy to chat with attendees at their booths.
Pricing for the photos and add-ons are non-negotiable. Please do not try to negotiate with O Con staff or the guests.
O Con staff has the right to refuse admission to the photo-op space to any attendees if a legitimate reason presents itself. This may include, but is not limited to, rude behavior, disrespecting the staff or guests, lewd or offensive clothing, refusal to pay, or breaking the rules outlined on this page.
